Sat Shri Akaal England is a Punjab movie starring Ammy Virk and Monica Gill in prominent roles. The movie also stars Karamjit Anmol and Sardar Sohi. It is a comedy directed by Vikram Pradhan with Jatinder Shah as musician, forming part of the crew.
One of the most awaited movies of 2017, SAT SHRI AKAAL ENGLAND starring Ammy Virk, Monica Gill and Karamjit Anmol has been postponed. The movie, which was slated for release on 17th November, 2017 had to be postponed as the Central Board of Film Certification failed to issue censor certificate to the movie. The movie will now release on 8th December, 2017.
Ammy Virk informed his fans through a post on his official social media page that SSAE had to be postponed as censor certificate has not been issued to the movie. Ammy requested his fans to be patient and supportive in these hard times.
A source from the movie revealed that the certificate could not be issued due to certain change in rules implemented by the Central Board of Film Certification. The news has come at an interesting time as Prasoon Joshi had replaced Pahlaj Nihalani as Censor Board Chief just 3 months back.
