Lock is an upcoming 2016 Punjabi film directed by Smeep Kang, written by Pali Bhupinder Singh and starring Gippy Grewal,Gurpreet Ghuggi, Geeta Basra, Karamjit Anmol & Smeep Kang as the main protagonist of the film and is set to release worldwide on 14 October 2016

Punjabi films Director/Actor Smeep Kang ,who is known for making comedy films, now plan to explore the genre of thriller films.Smeep Kang have made films like Carry on Jatta, Lucky Di Unlucky Story, Bhaji in Problem among others in this genre, which have turned out to be hits.Now He decided experiment with different film genre.
Smeep Kang is starting his next Punjabi movie titled ” LOCK “.LOCK is a Family Thriller.. completely different from all his previous ones.
The movie will be starring Actor/Singer Gippy Grewal, Smeep Kang, Geeta Basra, Gurpreet ghuggi,Karamjit Anmol.The movie will be shot in mohali,Chandigarh and other different locations.Lock is expected to release in mid 2015.The movie will be produced under the banner of Sippy Grewal Productions and Ek Rehmat Productions
