The film is Based on acclaimed book “Dakkuan da Munda” an auto-biography of famous writer and journalist Mintu Gurusariya. Mintu became a drug addict when he was a young Kabbadi player and exposure to drugs also introduced him to the world of crime. Today, Mintu is an inspiration for the youth and their families as having managed to break the vicious cycle of drugs and crime.

The trailer of Dev Kharoud’s upcoming film ‘Dakuaan Da Munda’ has just been released and this 3 minute 2 seconds trailer shows pretty much of what is in store for the audiences in the full package that hits the theatres on 10th August, under the banner of Dreamreality Movies & Ravneet Chahal.

Starring Dev Kharoud, Pooja Verma, Jagjeet Sandhu, Lucky Dhaliwal, Sukhdeep Sukh, Anita Meet, Hardeep Gill & Kuljinder Sidhu, this one is directed by Mandeep Benipal.

Based on the real story of Mintu Gurusaria’s life, Dakuaan Da Munda is one film that we’re surely looking forward to. The trailer has shown all the elements of the film’s storyline but we’re not disappointed because it has been done in the most well connected manner and probably that’s the reason why we are excited. The trailer shows that this film is not just about one aspect of a person’s life but many. From his college life to his friends, family, love life, politics and drugs, a lot has been touched upon and being a real life story, it will be interesting to watch how well the director has been able to justify the man’s life.

With some power packed performances by Dev Kharoud, Kuljinder Sidhu and others, Dakuaan Da Munda is an impressive trailer and we’ll surely be watching it in the theatres on 10th August.
