Is Aishwarya Rai Bachchan starring in ‘Raat Aur Din’ remake

For a while now, speculation has been rife about Madhuri Dixit or Aishwarya Rai Bachchan stepping into yesteryear actress Nargis’ shoes in the remake of the dark thriller Raat Aur Din.

There were reports of Abbas-Mustan producing it. However, the latest buzz is that Aishwarya is likely to play the role of a woman who suffers from multiple personality disorder in the film, which is now being produced by Prernaa Arora and Arjun N Kapoor.

The actress has recently wrapped up Fanne Khan, which is made by the same producers. The Raat Aur Din remake is said to be directed by Siddharth Anand.
