The movie opens with a wide shot where a beautiful, breathtaking village is shown located in Punjab with lots of people leading a life together merrily. A typical village boy falling for an educated urban girl is the base of the movie. Having no action sequences, the movie depends on comedy scenes with negligible impressive songs. Filmmaker Sukhbir Singh has tried his level best to make a good film but weak acting skills and not-up-to-the-mark cinematography, direction, etc. might turn out to be the main cause of movie’s failure. The movie fails to hold itself even for 2 hours 15 minutes, which is the total running time of the movie. Henceforth, Teshan can be watched once but only at your own risk.
