What is The Undertaker’s WWE WrestleMania Record?

The Undertaker has compiled a Wrestlemania record of 23 wins and one loss.

Beginning with his victory over Jimmy “Superfly” Snuka at Wrestlemania VII in 1991, The Undertaker has competed at 24 of 26 Wrestlemania’s including three main events, two of which were world championship victories. His two matches with Shawn Michaels at Wrestlemania’s 25 and 26 were lauded by critics and took home Match of the Year by both Pro Wrestling Illustrated and Dave Meltzer’s Wrestling Observer Newsletter.

The Undertaker had gone unbeaten at Wrestlemania for over two decades accumulating a record of 21-0 before finally losing to former UFC Heavyweight Champion and 3 time WWE champion Brock Lesnar at Wrestlemania 30 in 2014.

The loss came as a major shock to the wrestling world, most believing that Taker would eventual retire with an unblemished Wrestlemania record. Lesnar would use this shocking Wrestlemania victory as a springboard to his fourth world championship by defeating John Cena for the belt later that year at SummerSlam.

After his loss to Lesnar there was a lot of speculation that The Undertaker would retire completely from the sport but that did not turn out to be the case. He returned to Wrestlemania the following year and defeated Bray Wyatt and then also was victorious the next year at Wrestlemania 32 when he put his career on the line against Shane McMahon.
