The rear profile will get smoked tail lamps, LED DRLs and redesigned bumpers. The car will be riding on 15-inch twin-spoke alloy wheels.
Interiors
The Ford Figo Cross will get a totally brand new cabin along with a new dashboard, centre console, instrument cluster and much more. The all-new dashboard will feature a floating SYNC 3 touchscreen infotainment system, which is also seen in the EcoSport facelift. Besides, the other features will include AC vents on either side of the centre console. However, the auto climate control feature will be missing.
Engine and Transmission
The new Ford Figo Cross is likely to get Ford’s all-new 1.2-litre Dragon series petrol engine that will produce a maximum power of 90 bhp. Besides, the existing 1.5-litre TDCi diesel engine will also be available, with a peak power of 100 bhp. Talking about the transmission, both engines will come mated to either a 5-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic gearbox. It is not clear yet whether the Figo Cross will offer an AMT variant.
On the safety front, the car will feature dual airbags, ABS with EBD on the standard variant, while the top-spec variant will feature six airbags, ABS along with ESP (electronic stability programs), keyless entry, reverse parking camera and lots more.
